About Tracy Noël
Tracy Noël is a speaker, moderator, entrepreneur, and future attorney whose work explores the intersection of leadership, opportunity, and human potential.
A first-generation Haitian American and United States Marine Corps veteran, Tracy has spent her career building, leading, and reimagining organizations across the public and private sectors. From serving as a Director for the City of Chicago to founding her own human capital firm, her journey has never followed a conventional path, and she believes that is precisely the point.
For Tracy, success has never been about fitting into someone else's timeline. It has been about having the courage to evolve, the discipline to execute, and the vision to create what does not yet exist.
Throughout her career, she has advised leaders, developed workforce initiatives, built talent strategies, mentored emerging professionals, and facilitated conversations that challenge people to think differently about leadership, work, and impact. Whether speaking on stage, moderating a panel, consulting with organizations, or pursuing her legal education, she brings the same philosophy to every room: meaningful progress happens when strategy is paired with humanity.

Leadership Philosophy
"For Tracy, leadership is not measured by how many people follow. It is measured by how many people grow.”
The true measure of leadership is the impact left on people, organizations, and communities.
Tracy would rather hear 100 "no's" than spend a lifetime wondering, "What if?"
Success is built through discipline, preparation, and consistent execution, not rushed decisions.
Confidence, preparation, and presence create opportunities. Excellence begins with self-respect.
Tracy Noël believes leadership is the stewardship of human potential. Too often, leadership is reduced to authority, titles, or influence, but she views it differently. To her, leadership is the responsibility to help people become more than they believed they could be. Throughout her career, she has observed that people are not all motivated the same way, nor do they all respond to the same leadership style. Great leaders understand how to speak the many languages of people's personalities so that individuals feel seen, understood, challenged, and valued. They recognize that every person brings a unique story, perspective, and set of experiences to the table, and they create environments where those differences become strengths rather than obstacles.
Tracy does not believe a leader's job is to make everyone happy. A leader's responsibility is to create clarity around where an organization is going, why it matters, and how each person contributes to that vision. Leadership is not measured by what is said—it is measured by what is done. People are always watching, and they will often follow actions long before they follow words. Trust is built when values and behavior align, which is why she believes credibility is earned through consistency, discipline, and personal accountability.
For Tracy, leadership is not measured by how many people follow. It is measured by how many people grow.
